Don't fret! Your ride is guaranteed by the STL, which offers you—within its Guaranteed Free Ride program—a refund of your taxi fare, if certain unexpected circumstances prevent you from using the initially planned carpooling service.
You may obtain a refund for two such rides a year, up to a maximum of $30 each, for a total amount of $60.
